In the 80's, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Having a career in the medical field, I learned that stress plays a huge role magnifiying the symptoms of this condition. I had previously practiced yoga and really enjoyed it. I was certain it would help reduce the stress and ease the stiffness/pain I constantly felt.
In 2009, I enrolled in a 200 hour Yoga Instructor program. I have been leading Yoga classes since 2010.
Yoga has rewarded me both physicllay and mentally. I hope you will join me in the incredible practice of Yoga!
